The Gin Ricky

The Summer drink we are featuring this week is called the Gin Ricky but with a twist!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2oz of Beehive Utah Gin made and distilled by Beehive Distillery in Utah.

  • 1/2oz of freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 4-5oz (or desired amount) of Club Soda

  • 1 full cup of The Store ice

  • 1 lime and a small handful of mint leaves

For best results pour the 1oz of gin, lime juice & mint leaves in a glass, muddle them all together and then add ice.

After adding ice gently stir the contents and strain it into your martini/cocktail glass. Last but certainly not least, top your martini off with club soda and your garnish.
